Your order with Num8er Plates constitutes a legal contract. We expect you to carefully read the information provided on each page of our website to understand exactly what you are purchasing. If you are unsure about any product or service, please get in touch with us before you order.
We aim to manufacture and dispatch orders the same day if received before 3pm (or 1pm on Mondays). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Options:
Please double-check your delivery address and postcode at checkout. Incorrect details may delay your order. If we cannot reach you to correct errors, your order will remain on hold until you contact us.
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control. Orders are not considered lost until 14 days have passed since dispatch.
If a non-tracked delivery method is chosen and the parcel is lost, Num8er Plates will not be held responsible. In cases where the courier cannot deliver after two attempts, your items may be destroyed. In such instances, we will not offer a replacement, and a new order must be placed.
If you receive damaged or faulty plates, please notify us via the Contact Us form with supporting photographs. All plates are quality checked before dispatch, and we require photographic proof to process any replacement.
Our number plates are made to fit standard UK vehicle dimensions and do not come pre-drilled or with adhesive backing. We recommend:

Because our plates are custom-made, we do not accept returns for changes of mind or incorrect orders once production has started.

All badges uploaded by users are assumed to be copyright-compliant. Num8er Plates is not liable for copyright infringement from user-submitted artwork or logos.
